The North Coast CO-Op is one of my favorite places to shop in Humboldt County. They have a great selection of gluten free products. Check them out if you live nearby or if you are visiting the area. Mermaid Sushi has a stand inside. They have really great gf sushi available to grab and go when you are in a hurry. It’s my gf “fast food” when I’m in Eureka!
